    • This is a full-featured project and time tracking tool that helps manufacturers maximize R&D tax credit benefits through documentation and reducing the cost of successful audit defenses.
    • The first customer signup was within two weeks of the start of development and we like to believe our straight forward user interface and attention to performance has something to do with this applications 99% customer retention rate.

TITAN Engineering

    • Another fast launch, this application featured interactive graphs that were dynamically redrawn when slider controls changed input variables.

Gale+Co

    • Our partner company that specializes in graphic design, infographics, and branding.

ProVan

  • CLIENT: ProVan
  • STATUS: Application launched 2008
    • Two weeks from initial decision for a new website and branding to launch. Front end website mostly coded as sliced images. Applications included a marketplace for used trucks with lightbox slideshows of the trucks for sale and a minimal blogging app. Plans for a truck interior customization tool had to be shelved.

Unifi Capital Partners

  • STATUS: Website launched 2008
    • Initial design to launch was highly time constrained but successful. At launch the site was using Django trunk (pre-0.96) and supported both English and Spanish in all models.

Beta Tools USA

  • CLIENT: Beta Distribution USA / Beta Procare USA
  • STATUS: Website launched 2004, ERP launched 2006.
    • Initial launch was a PHP based website without a shopping cart. Site design successfully presented a catalog with over 13,000 items.
    • Evaluation of accounting systems at the time lead us to select NetSuite for ERP and shopping cart. In the first phase we designed the corporate and franchise Chart of Accounts, designed workflows, customized transaction forms, and built the inventory item database.
    • In the second phase we integrated the NetSuite shopping cart with the website, which allowed us to present different price lists on catalog pages depending on customer (e.g. consumers vs. commercial customers with negotiated discounts) and also tied website sales into the warehouse workflow for packing and shipping of orders.
    • Phase three involved API integration of NetSuite with the manufacturer's SAP system. This included creating inventory transfer orders using business logic depending on stock levels as well as automatic processing of packing slips for incoming shipments.
